Accounts & responsibility

The nursery administrator is responsible for managing staff, permissions, and consents within their nursery. Every user operates under clearly scoped role permissions, and sharing credentials or exceeding granted scope is prohibited.

Child content

Administrators and teachers must publish children's photos only under valid consent. Publishing in violation of consent violates these terms and may result in account suspension.

The public demo

The demo is for personal evaluation and contains entirely fictional data. Using demo sessions to store real data or to access other sessions is prohibited. All demo data is permanently deleted after the session ends.

Availability

We strive for service continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
