Scope of data

Every nursery's data is stored in its own isolated database and is never shared with any other nursery. Child data is protected by an independent consent record per child, and media (photos) is served through short-lived URLs after an authorization check.

Child photo consent

No photo including a child is published without valid consent from a parent. Parents can withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawal takes effect immediately on newly published photos.

The public demo

Demo sessions are isolated and contain entirely fictional data. The demo nursery and all of its data are permanently and automatically deleted after the session ends, and demo data is never used for any other purpose.

Marketing data

Contact-form data is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties for marketing. Contact data can be deleted on request at any time.
