Getting started with Sammly Nursery System
A concise guide to onboarding a new nursery and setting up classrooms and staff in under an hour.
Create the account
The administrator enters the nursery name and core details in the setup wizard. The system provisions a fully isolated environment: a dedicated database and a private subdomain that no other nursery can access.
Set up levels & classrooms
Define age levels (infants, toddlers, pre-school), then create classrooms and assign a level and a responsible teacher to each. Classrooms are the operational units for attendance and daily updates.
Invite the staff
Send invitations to teachers and admins by email or invitation link. Each role has predefined permissions: teachers see only their classrooms, admins see the whole nursery.
Enroll children & parents
Enroll each child with a photo-consent record, then link parents to their children. Each parent sees only their linked children — never data belonging to other families.
