Recording attendance
When a child arrives, mark attendance in the nursery app. Parents receive an instant arrival notification, and the same applies at pickup with verified handover.
Posting a daily update
Take photos in the app and add a line about the day's activity (meal, nap, play, learning). Photos appear only for authorized parents and are stored in the nursery's private storage behind short-lived links.
Respecting consent
Before posting any photo, check each visible child's consent status. The system automatically blocks photos of children whose consent was withdrawn — no role can override this.
